Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary

Adjunct Faculty member to teach undergraduate psychology courses within the School for Professional and Continuing Education. All courses meet during the evening and are taught in an accelerated eight-week format on the Romeoville campus.


Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the University’s Mission and Catholic and Lasallian higher education.

-Courses to be taught include: Psychobiology, Theories of Cognition, Methods of Research, Statistics, Abnormal Psychology, and several development courses (e.g. infancy, Adolescence, and Adulthood & Aging).

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology required, plus prior experience teaching adult/non-traditional students.
